Moorage Rates
Moorage is available annually for all sizes. For boats under 28ft, shorter terms are available. You’ll find our rates are very competitive.

- ANNUAL SHELTER RATES
- 6-MONTHS RATES and MONTHLY RATES - under 28'
- BOATHOUSE RATES (privately owned): $12.60 per square foot
- Electricity consumption for all slips is metered and billed quarterly along with an electrical infrastructure fee.
- Vessels must be fully insured and 30 years old or newer
